Driving Directions

From Downtown San Diego (~15 min): Head east on I-8 E toward El Cajon. Take the College Ave exit and turn left onto College Avenue. Continue north to University Ave, then turn right. MDVT Rehab is located at 6190 University Ave on the right side, in the San Diego State University area.

From North County / Escondido (~30 min via I-15): Take I-15 S toward San Diego. Merge onto I-8 E via the exit toward El Cajon. Take the College Ave exit and turn left onto College Avenue heading north. Turn right onto University Ave and continue east to 6190 University Ave. The facility is on the right.

From East County / El Cajon (~15 min via I-8): Head west on I-8 W toward San Diego. Take the College Ave exit and turn right onto College Avenue heading north. Turn right onto University Ave and proceed to 6190 University Ave. Our center is on the right side of the street, easily accessible from the freeway.
